UDCQS is a prominent construction cost consultancy and quantity surveying firm was established in 2018 in Dubai – UAE.
Initially, Khaldoun Hammoudeh was at the time also a partner in RAS Company (Chartered Quantity Surveyors).
Khaldoun Hammoudeh, who holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying and a corporate member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS) with over 30 years of extensive experience was the managing Director of UDCQS. In 2022, Khadoun Hammoudeh left RAS Company to focus on running and managing UDCQS. In 2022 and due to expanded workload, a branch office of UDCQS was set-up in Jordan. Khaldoun Hammoudeh remains the Managing Director, and Theeb Ghnaim BSc. Civil Engineer with over 20 years extensive experience assigned as General Manager in Amman – Jordan
